US Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in New York City, using UPS Ground or FedEx Ground services.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment. After your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

International shipping

Please note that international shipping is not available through our webshop at this time, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
